Rum Pineapple Empty Rum Pineapple

Rum Pineapple

1 medium pineapple, pared and cut into
chunks
1 large orange, peeled, sectioned and cut up
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
¥4 cup rum
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Hea t oven to 350°, Mix all ingredients in ungreased 1 ¥2 -
quart casserole, Cover and bake until hot and bubbly,
about 30 minutes. 4 SERVINGS,
