Ingredients

1 large container Riccota Cheese
1 tub of Feda Cheese
1 bag of Mozzorella Cheese
1 bag of parmesana Cheese
3 cloves garlic - finely chopped
3 med tomatoes
1 can tomatoe sauce
1 lb shrimp - deveined and peeled- cooked
1 lb of pasta - spagetti, fetticini, thin egg noodles -cooked
1 jar green olives
1 can sharp- black olives
1 small jar of capers
1 tbsp. oregano, italian seasoning,3 basils leaves tore up
Place all ingredients except parmesan cheese into baking dish. Cover with last ingredient and Foil bake at 350 for 25 min or until cheese is melted and hot.
serve hot with favorite salad
