8 ounces cooked beef
1'/3 cups cooked, enriched,thin spaghetti
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup beef bouillon
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup bean sprouts
1 teaspoon dry mustard, or to
taste
Cut beef into match-Iike sticks. Combine celery and
boiling water in saucepan, and cook over medium
heat, 6 minutes. Add lettuce, and cook 2 minutes
longer. Drain. Add bean sprouts, cooked spaghetti,
and beef. Combine beef bouillon, soy sauce, and dry
mustard; mix well. Pour over mixture in saucepan;
toss gently to mix.
Makes 2 luncheon servings.
