Crockpot Stuffing

2 c cornmeal
1 c flour
1 onion diced
2 eggs well beatened
milk (enough for batter)
2 half sticks margarine
3 stalks of celery chopped finely
chicken/turkey pieces
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of cream celery
1 can of cream of onion
broth
sage
sale pepper
(these three for taste)
iron skillet preferably
Crockpot

Mix meal flour eggs, celery, and milk together and stir until batter is formed. Melt 1 half stick butter in skillet in 350 degree oven. Pour batter into skillet. Cook for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top and done in middle.

Now with crockpot turned on Medium...place the three soups, the rest of butter, sage, salt, pepper, and turkey/chicken pieces into it. When the cornbread mixture is done place it into the pot with soup mixture and stir well. If too dry add broth, if not sage tasting enough add to you are happy.

Serve with with your favorite veggies such as mashed potatoes & green beans with rolls. Enjoy!
