Blueberry Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces
2 cups blueberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.. Mix the fruit, sugar, flour,
cinnamon, lemon juice and water. Put in a greased baking
dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for approx. 45 minutes, or
when topping is lightly browned and fruit is bubbly.
