2 cups tomato puree 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 teaspoon basil leaves
2 tablespoons dehydrated 1/2 teaspoon imitation butter
onion flakes flavoring
1 tablespoon parsley flakes 1 pound boned, cooked
1 tablespoon lemon juice chicken, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
I n saucepan, combine tomato puree with all ingre-
dients, except chicken. Cover, and cook over very
low heat, 20 minutes. Add chicken. Cook 5 minutes
longer, or until heated through.
Makes 4 luncheon servings.
