Almond Milk



* 1 1/3 cups ground almonds * 2 cups water

Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat. Add almonds; let steep for 10 minutes. Strain with cheesecloth or strainer after mixture has been steeped. Drain out almonds and use for another recipe. NOTE: Very much like soy milk, this doesn't really taste like milk but it is good on all the same things! Try it on cereal. Yield: 2 cups Source: Wood & Seefeldt, The Wicca Cookbook Use for: Litha
