2 slices lemon

2 teaspoons lemon juice 

Fresh mint leaves, optional

3 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener 

1/2 cup chilled soda water or water

3/4 cup ice

Optional Garnish: Fresh mint leaves 



Directions

MASH lemon slices, juice, mint leaves and SPLENDA® No Calorie

Sweetener with a spoon in a tall glass until lemon and mint leaves are bruised.



STIR in soda water. Add ice. </description>

Ingredients

4 pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

2 (1 inch thick) boneless pork loin chops (about 3/4 lb.), trimmed of

2 slices onion 

1 garlic clove, minced 

1/2 cup barbecue sauce 

1 TB water 

1 tsp. cornstarch 



Place pork chops in 2 to 3-1/2 quart crock pot/slow cooker. Top each

Sprinkle with garlic. Pour barbecue sauce over pork.
